  • Summary : The Market Manager - Sales is responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales for Office Furniture or Building Materials, as well as strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Prospect for and qualify new leads from relevant sources
    - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in relevant stakeholder firms
    - Deliver sales presentations, Mock-ups and demos for clients in close co-ordination with Project Team
    - Prepare Quotations in coordination with Costing team
    - Negotiate and close sales deals
    - Manage the sales pipeline
    - Forecast sales Track and report on sales performance
  • Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably building materials
    - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferred Software Skills : - Should have expert level proficiency at Microsoft Office, Google Docs and be adept at participating in online and offline tenders

  • Reports To : Project Manager
  • Summary : The Project Executive is responsible for all aspects of material handling for the company, including and not limited to local transport, import clearances, installation and post-installation support. The job also requires the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and to prepare and maintain accurate reports and documents
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Handling all material-in and material-out from our office premises, godowns and client premises as the case may be.
    - Handling all documentation including but not limited to Delivery Challans, Proforma Invoices, Invoices, E-Waybills and any other documentation that may be required for material-in and material-out from our office premises, godowns and client premises as the case may be.
    - Handling import clearances, material deliveries, installation of products and post-installation support for the projects assigned.
    - Handling communication with Client representatives, Project Management Consultancies, Architects and Service Providers with regards to above points.
    - Preparing and updating reports to reflect the various stages of progress on the projects assigned.
  • Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in project management
    - Strong communication & presentation skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferred Software Skills : - - Should have expert level proficiency at Microsoft Office & Google Docs
